Most fiber does one job. Fiber Ix does three.

FEEDS & FUELS
Your bacteria turn the fiber into butyrate, the fuel the cells lining your gut run on.
SLOWS & FILLS
Two of the fibers form a soft gel that slows digestion and makes fullness last.
KEEPS YOU REGULAR
Supports the kind of regular, comfortable digestion you stop having to think about.

Gentle enough for a sensitive gut.

The reason most fiber leaves you gassy or bloated is the heavy single dose it leans on. Fiber Ix was built the opposite way, certified FODMAP Friendly® and easy to take every day.

You don't digest fiber. Your gut bacteria do.

They're picky, too. Different bacteria eat different fibers, so a single source only feeds a few of them. Fiber Ix gives your bacteria eleven kinds in one scoop.

MOST FIBER
One source, one job
FIBER IX
Eleven fibers, three jobs
FODMAP Friendly, gentle

Who it's for

This is for you if you:

Get bloated or feel sluggish after meals
Want to stay comfortably regular
Have a sensitive gut and need gentle, not just strong
Have quit fiber before because it was gritty or hard on you

Every ingredient is included at the therapeutic dose our clinical team actually uses, not the token amount that fills a label.

Oat Beta-Glucan and Flaxseed Flour

Oat beta-glucan and flaxseed are fibers that support heart health, digestion, regularity, and steady energy.

FiberSMART® Tapioca Resistant Dextrin

FiberSMART is a tapioca-based fiber that supports a balanced gut microbiome and helps make stools softer and easier to pass.

Fibriss® Baobab Fruit Extract

Fibriss is a fiber from baobab fruit that feeds good gut bacteria, supports regularity, adds antioxidants, and helps you feel full.

Livaux® Kiwi Extract

Livaux is a gold kiwifruit extract that supports a healthy gut microbiome, regular digestion, and the immune system.

Solnul® Resistant Potato Starch (RPS)

Solnul is a resistant potato starch that feeds good gut bacteria (Bifidobacterium) and supports regular, comfortable digestion and a balanced mood.

How to take it

Mix one scoop (17.5g) into 6 to 8 oz of water or any drink, once a day. With or without food, whichever you'll remember. Keep the liquid below 140°F.

If you're new to fiber

Start with half a scoop for the first week or two, then build to a full scoop as your gut adjusts. A little gas or bloating at first is normal and usually settles.

Good to know

It has a light, natural Tropical Golden Kiwi taste, flavored by the fruit itself, and mixes in cleanly, so it blends easily into a smoothie, juice, or water. The glucomannan swells with water, so always take it with a full glass, and not right before bed.

Yes. It was built for that. Fiber Ix is certified FODMAP Friendly®, which means it was tested and confirmed to be low in the kinds of carbs that often upset sensitive stomachs. It was made to be easy to take, which is what sets it apart from regular fiber that leans on one heavy dose of a single source.
Most drugstore fiber is one source doing one job. Psyllium adds bulk. Wheat dextrin feeds your bacteria. Each does its one thing well, but your gut runs on more than one. Fiber Ix uses eleven fibers across three blends, so it feeds your bacteria and fuels your gut, slows digestion and helps you feel full, and reaches more kinds of your gut bacteria, all in one scoop. It’s also certified FODMAP Friendly® and built to be gentle, for people whose gut hasn’t gotten along with regular fiber.
It depends on the kind of fiber you eat. Most high-fiber diets are heavy on insoluble fiber from vegetables and whole grains, and light on the soluble, prebiotic fibers that feed your gut bacteria. Fiber Ix is built mostly around those soluble fibers, so it may fill a gap instead of repeating what you already get. If you’re not sure, a provider can help you figure out what your diet is missing.
It varies from person to person, and depends on where you’re starting, what you eat, and how much water you drink. Some people notice a change in regularity within a few days. For your gut bacteria, taking it daily over a few weeks works best. We don’t promise results, and they’ll be different for everyone.
Fiber can change how well your body takes in some medications and supplements if you take them at the same time. If you take medication, take it either an hour before or two hours after Fiber Ix. Ask your provider if you have questions about your own situation.
Yes. Fiber Ix is part of the Indigo Formulations line. Dr. Isabel chose this formula for its quality and how easy it is to take, and it’s one she takes herself.
FODMAPs are certain carbs that some people have a hard time digesting. FODMAP Friendly® is an independent program that tests products to confirm they’re low in them. If you have a sensitive gut, that’s a strong sign this will be easier to handle than ordinary fiber.
For your safety, every product is sealed and final sale, and we never resell a returned supplement. It’s how we protect the purity of what you’re taking. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, that’s on us, reach out and we’ll fix it.
