One formula supports your gut lining and your liver.
Your gut lining does two opposite and critical jobs at once.
Your gut lining lets nutrients from your food through. It also blocks food particles and toxins from passing into your body. Stress, alcohol, and poor nutrition all wear on that barrier over time.
L-glutamine is what the cells lining your gut run on.
Enterocytes are the cells lining your small intestine. They run on L-glutamine as their fuel. Under inflammatory stress, cortisol rises and your intestine uses that fuel faster.
A mucus layer shields your gut lining from mechanical and chemical stress.
That layer runs from your stomach through your intestines. N-acetyl glucosamine and vitamin A both support mucus production. Zinc supports your gut and immune health.
Milk thistle and NAC work on your liver.
Silymarin is the active part of milk thistle seed, standardized here to 80 percent. NAC is a precursor to glutathione, a major antioxidant in your body. Both support your liver detoxification pathways.

How to take GI Blend each day
Take 2 capsules three times per day, or as directed by your practitioner. That comes to 6 capsules daily. Each bottle holds 90 capsules, which is 45 servings, or about two weeks.
What is in each serving
One serving provides 750 mg of L-glutamine, 150 mg of NAC, and 100 mg each of gamma oryzanol and N-acetyl glucosamine. It also provides 60 mg of milk thistle seed extract and 25 mg of lactoferrin.
What to do before you start
Lactoferrin is a protein found in milk. GI Blend contains 2,000 IU of vitamin A per serving, and the full daily dose provides 6,000 IU. If you are pregnant, nursing, have any health condition, any allergies, or are taking any medication, consult your practitioner before taking this product.
